Modern Business Associates Named Top 75 Top Work Places in Tampa Bay 
MBA Makes Charitable Donation to Celebrate


Tampa, FL (May 11, 2012) — Modern Business Associates (MBA) was recently named one of Tampa Bay’s Top Work Places 2012 by the Tampa Bay Times. Employees nominated their employers and were surveyed about several topics, including practices and policies that make these companies the top places to work.


MBA was the only Human Resources Outsourcing Organization in its business size category (small). “We are honored to receive this recognition,” MBA President and CEO Mark Lettelleir said. “This is a true testament to our entire team of more than 90 people.”


Lettelleir continues, “To me, this award is about teamwork. To celebrate this achievement, we’re going to make a $3,500 donation to help the teamwork at our local AMI Kids non-profit organization this year to help their efforts with positive and motivating programs that inspire kids with learning, leadership and personal growth.”


In the Tampa Bay region, 75 leading employers were nominated by their employees. To be considered for participation, companies or government entities had to employ at least 50 workers in Florida and be at least one year old.


The companies were ranked based on leadership, compensation and training, workplace flexibility, and diversity. The rankings were published on, in the April 29 edition of the Tampa Bay Times and on April 30 in tbt*.
